My Review & Thoughts

No matter what series Melissa Foster is writing, you can always count on a great romantic read filled with great characters in search for that HEA. Her stories are always a fun and sexy good time filled with strong emotional and heart-tugging romance.

Actress Parker Collins has been emailing artist Grayson for a while on a project, so they have become friends online. Both are excited to renew their past meeting at a seaside destination in Wellfleet, Massachusetts, but Parker ends up being a no show. When Grayson discovers the sad reason that she didn't show up, he becomes very supportive and a good shoulder to lean on.

You can't help fall for a guy like Grayson. Instead of getting pissed at Parker, he went and got the girl. Parker just lost someone dear to her and was in mourning mode when he shows up. You also feel for Parker because she is well known and she needed to grieve out from under the public eye. Since the two were already online friends, they did know things about each as friends and Grayson was able to help support and just be there for her. It wasn't always easy, but they weathered some storms along the way. Now the story wasn't always sad. They has a sparkling chemistry to add to that friendship and they do fall in love while bringing out the best in each other. On the plus side, you get to see where other other fun characters in previous stories are now with their loves.
